Vendor "rules" and guidelines

We appreciate your advertising and participating in our online forum.

Here are a few guidelines for you guys.

1) This particular forum is open for the world to see. If there is a particular sale or offer you want to extend only to the registered users of CCB.com, please post that up in the "CCB Members Only- Vendor Specials" forum.

2) We love to know prices or discounts when they are being offered. If there is a particular item which you are advertising in this section, please attach a price or discount % along with your ad.

3) Please be interactive with our members. Obviously you are all very busy with running businesses and participating in other sites. We only ask that you check in frequently to respond to member inquiries about your products.

4) Banner rules:
a) All banners are "top shelf" at the moment.
b) 30 days of inactivity on the site moves your banner to "bottom shelf" (see the Tread Lightly banner below) in order to make room for more active vendors.
c) 60 days of inactivity on the site moves your banner off site until you request it be reinstated.

As this is a free to use/free to advertise site, seems pretty fair for all involved.
