CCB emails and Gmail

Postby Justin » Mon Dec 29, 2014 12:09 pm

A few of us have had issues with CCB emails being routed as spam by Gmail's filters. If you've recently stopped getting CCB emails, please check your spam folder. A filter can be set up to route all CCB emails to the inbox. Let me know if you need help doing this and I'll write up a tutorial.

Gmail recently revamped how spam is filtered through their system. Eventually it should correct itself.

Ok -

For you tech savvy folks - here is a challenge.

I use Ymail

For the last 3 years I have not received a single group email from CCB. I have double checked the address in my profile and settings and even checked the spam/junk file in my email. Nothing.

Any brilliant ideas?

Ouch!

Have you double checked your setting under the "USER CONTROL PANEL" on this site? If it's correct, maybe change it, save it, change it back and save it again??
