Not getting subscription emails

Postby Jesus_man » Mon Dec 29, 2014 5:29 am

All the sudden, I stopped getting subscription emails. Anyone else? My settings appear to be correct. My junk box has everything else except ccb emails....

I thought this was happening to me just a few days ago, but Gmail had started putting all my CCB emails into my 'Spam' file. I added CCB as a contact, still didn't work. I had to build a filter for CCB emails to keep them out of my Spam file. That finally worked.

A couple years ago, I had an @roadrunner.com address that stopped receiving CCB emails. I had to switch to an @gmail.com address. If I remember right, a large batch of very late CCB emails came into that address eventually.

During my Gmail/Spam problems, I switched back to the @roadrunner.com address, and was still not getting CCB emails.

I don't know if any of this helps.

Sure enough, I've got a bunch of CCB emails in my spam folder. Thanks!

I'm getting them again, but I am using hotmail. I checked my UCP settings and it was good. I didn't change a thing...but it appears to not be broken for me.
