Not getting subscription update emails

This has happened to me before, on another forum. I'm not getting emails when my subscribed topics are updated. When I checked the last time this happened, the forum Mod said everything looked good on his end.

I am getting emails on the same account from other sources.

Any ideas? The last time this happened, after a week or so I got a flood of all the emails the site had sent, over a day or two. This has been happening for a couple weeks now.

I've seen where sometimes automated messages like that get suddenly dropped into the junk or spam folder, might check there.

I download my emails to Thunderbird. When I check roadrunner.com, there are no emails in the account.

I don't know.
