2000 Chevy Silverado

Hey Guys. My boss is selling his 2000 Silverado and asked my opinion about what its worth. I told him to toss it up on CL and see what happens. But if it doesn't sell he was curious about parting it out (sounds like a pain in the a$$). What would you guys do?

Bad - Needs a new transmission, the front has been "repaired" from a deer assault, 170,000 Miles

Good- He says everything else is great.
