Get on http://www.CaridianBCT.com, click on careers at the bottom, then search for US positions. Each job title has a link to the job description. They are always hiring for the manufacturing line. The line has some awesome shifts like 4-10's, 3-12's, etc.
The Equipment Operations Assembly Tech is a technical position building the actual machines - very cool. If you can rebuild a motor, I think this would be an amazing position for you.

Sounds like a heck of a place to work with all those flexible work days and such. I work 4 10's and love having my Fridays off. Haven't worked a 5 day week regularly for 15 yrs or so.
