They could have tested it with an electric fan operating so there would be a load from alternator

The engine looks great !

Have you dry fit enough upper intake to see if those valve cover studs will clear ?

I bought different fasteners for the valve covers I didn't like those ones.

Had to build a bench in preparation for the Bronco push. Then I got a new tool box to go with the bench.

Nice bench.

I see you rely on the Rox Crusher gravity method of vise attachment.

I feel like bolts are so restrictive and really hold back my creative intuition.

That looks great in there!! How close to the header is your plug wires on the drivers side? Looks close, but they probably aren't.

It's not bad. I can make adjustments later. 96 wires are really long so I can route them anyway I want.

The serpentine setup comes from a 98 with the exception of the AC delete pulley. That came from my old Mustang setup. I don't really need it, I just thought it looked better with it. The wires are from 96. A 98 has "gt40p" heads and I believe they have some odd bends in them. A 96 has 90* bends at the plug and are better suited for my application and headers.

I was going to mock up the cage and got carried away and it's 75% welded. I love it!

Here is an update. Here we go, Roll Cage welded and bed lined, POR 15 the under side, bed lined the wheel wells, Wiring 90% done, EFI harness and computer done, Explorer 4.0 Radiator and Taurus fan installed and wired, Aux Land Rover pusher fan installed and wired, Dash assembled and installed, new heater core and all new lines. I am leaving some stuff out, but needless to say I have made a ton of progress. My new steering column will be here Saturday and the 23 gal tank should be in before the new year. I might hit my deadline of starting on January 1st.
