Good to see some progress John, looks good

I recommend looking that 9” ARB over super close for cracks prior to installation
1977 Sport, 351w OBDII EFI motor, 4R70W auto, 4:88 gears, ARB lockers, 3.5" suspension, 33" tires.

Don’t know yet as I haven’t opened it back up. But based on other’s experiences and symptoms with mine, that’s what I’m betting on.

Do you believe yours was cracked from day 1 or cracked at some point after install? How long did they work before the problems started?

Interesting question and really no way to know for sure but I would speculate that it was cracked / defective when new and just showed itself after some use. I really hadn't used the lockers much before I started having this problem.
