Picked up my 72 a couple months ago. So far I replaced the main gas tank, rebuilt the stock 2bbl and have just been driving it. I have picked up some needed parts from 777mech and zillacon thanks to both of you! No resto planned but, mods as I can with what I got. Looking forward to meeting people in this fine establishment!

Are you located on Paris st in Henderson? I put a card in the door of a Bronco that looks just like that.

It actually was electric with the cable controls in the cab. I still have it as well as the bumper.
I may see about repairing the the old WARN winch and modify the old bumper to be stronger. it has some
weak points that are cracked. But, until I make this more capable, I don't have much need for the winch for now.

So after much waiting.... waiting and more waiting the bronco is finally back from paint. I have a lot of work to do putting it back together. the doors and fenders are hung temporarily for the transport home. overall its looking pretty good. The 5.0 I salvaged from a 97 explorer is a roller with GT40 heads. everthing was saved from the explorer and I will use the explorer computer and harness. Garry (EFIguy) is taking care of the upgrades for me. I also have a viper c-4 and d20 with all the goodies and a column I snagged from kinder. so, after a trip to the hut tomorrow the fun begins.

I have no real time line for the EFI portion. Right now I just want to get the body back together and drive around a bit. Tomorrow I'm going to the Hut to pick up my new bumper and weather stripping.

X2 - can't touchup powercoat. Now if you're mall crawlin' it, then you might get away with PC.

Have a look at the hammered paints. Adds a little texture along with color.
