Re: TJ's 74 Bronco money pit They are "Promaxx" formally "Patriot". I'll give them a try. Western engine recommended them to me. They said they have used them on several sbf and had good results. They are about 950 shipped, so half the cost of more name brand heads.

Re: TJ's 74 Bronco money pit It takes horsepower to turn a good fan that can move enough air to keep a small Bronco radiator cool. It doesn't matter if it's driven off the belt or driven by the alternator, the load is the same. You won't gain horsepower by going electric.
