That's what I was thinking......the driveline angle didn't leave enough room for a transmission

Cool concept and would love to see it for real

Those conversions are pretty cool, but he's bragging about making an already top-heavy rig even worse on 10" lift! And the price....wow!

I saw this thing cruising up Wadsworth at 88th. It definitely gets your attention. It looks pretty cool but I agree, a little big and top heavy for much around here. Great for very easy, wide open trails though.

Jeff and I took a look at this today. The owner has a line on a rolled EB and might be rebuilding it in the future.

It's ok JD, you can have this one, its not really my style. Of course these days the need for 10 passengers is a bit behind me.

Sorry, this doesn't even come close to a good DD, but it's too unique not to share!

http://bringatrailer.com/2017/03/02/unf ... treet-rod/

Reminds me of a build I read about as a kid in a hot rod mag called "Quadraduece" which was an AWD drive '32 Ford with way more power than it needed.

That thing is sweet!

So I actually bought a daily driver, or rather agreed/offer to buy. Not final yet will take a few days to sort out the final details. It's something fun and a bit more modern. [emoji41]
