Horn Button Opinions

Postby TOOLMAN » Fri May 01, 2020 9:06 pm

I hope everyone is staying save and healthy! I bought a new horn button for my rig. I'm really leaning towards the 'Ford' because it looks very stockish, and that's my ultimate goal. I'm not opposed to the 'Bronco' one, I just dislike gold stuff. Discuss... stirpot

The "Blue Oval" looks good.
Not a fan of gold, unless it is my bank account

Buy that Saleen Explorer and put the gold one on it to go with the wheels

I can’t get my steering wheel horn to stop shorting out, so I’m thinking of an alternate horn button. Where are you going to mount this?
I don’t like the gold, no matter the logo. Go silver. My $.02

Thanks for the input, all. Went with the Ford logo. I'll keep the Bronco one for when I'm feeling different.

I bought this steering wheel setup last year: https://www.wildhorses4x4.com/product/Steering-Wheel-Mark-8GT/bronco-steering-wheel-custom. Wild Horses just started selling the plastic horn buttons with the "Ford" or "Bronco" emblems recently. You can get a blank one and buy the emblems separately at CJ Pony Parts. I think the emblems are Scott Drake.
