Post My recent experience with Tom's Bronco Parts
Well trying to get Ol' Blue back on the road after some mod's, I placed an order with Tom's last week on Thursday and forgot to order some shackle bushings. I placed that order on Friday. I spent about $430 (of which was about $54 in shipping) for my Thursday order and spent about $30 (of which was about $16 in shipping) on my Friday order. I received both my Thursday order and Friday order on the same shipment. This ruffled my feathers a bit as I understand that they can't ship it for free, I don't like to pay more than twice the price for a part then only to receive it with an order that could have very easily just added it in to the mix.
I sent a less than flattering email to them this morning basically saying they took advantage of my mistake and capitalized on it. I received several email's (and a phone call) from Jason at TBP saying they had processed both orders on the same day and overlooked the fact that I "overpaid" for shipping. He credited me $14.00 and apologized for the incident.
I just wanted to say that TBP, IMO went overboard to satisfy me and re-affirmed to me that after being a 15 year loyal customer to JBG, my decision to do business elsewhere was sound. I hope you have the same courtesy and customer service experience as I have had.

I just received some stuff from Tom's. I've bought stuff from them a few times and have always had great service. When I bought their close ratio steering kit I needed some info on connecting the steering column to the box. Called them and got help and info in short order. I have nothing but good to say about Tom's. Glad to see you were able to get it straightened out.
