I have a lincoln 135 and I need to weld my new steering linkage. Any thoughts on this?/ Will I get enough penatration?? Plug welds?? Please let me know I do have 220 if someone down south has a welder Or I can come to you all tacked up:) |

Plug weld for sure. If you know how to weld well the 135 will be fine. If you have any question about your welding...bring it to me and I will burn it in with my 220. My welder isn't exactly portable. |

Yeah I will take you up on that. How much smaller should I cut the Dom for adjustment of the rod ends?? |

Are you running the GM TRE's? gonna flip it knuckle under? If so I have the reamer you can borrow but you'll have to get it from Justin. |

My Ruffstuff steering stuff just arrived today! They seem like a good company to work with, but they didn't even know they had shipped my tubing & were ready to re-ship it today. I called them to tell them their order came in, just as UPS was there to pick up. I guess, if I hadn't bothered to tell them, I could have had 2x the DOM, but I was a small business owner for 10 years & have a conscience. Damn it. Sorry to hijack, just got excited. Chad |
