 Good Tax/Bookkeeping Service, COS I'm looking at going back to being an Independent Contractor and need a good tax person in the COS area.
I'm looking at establishing an S-Corp and need the full bunch of advice on this and sheltering my income to keep it MINE. 401K, matching funds, biz trips, etc... And I need to write off a bunch of tools in the shop.
This also means I'll have more time/inclination to work on other folks rigs, if any one is interested.
Any suggestions?

Re: Good Tax/Bookkeeping Service, COS I belong to Peak Venture Group.every month all kinds of business owners get to gether for a breakfast and net work.everyone brings there business cards and exchange (I have meet allot of acountants)also if you have an idea you can present it and get some angel investors or input.Next meeting is on the 20th or you can go to their web site and sign up for it.If i go i wouldn't mind meting you there.or you can pm me and i can give you more info
