Post Know any one looking to remodel?
Hi guys,
I wanted to put this out to the Bronco brotherhood...

I run a remodel company; Kona Contractors (http://www.konacontractors.com) and we are gearing up for a great year! We are planning on launching some great deals here soon for various projects to help grow our business.

We do, mostly but not only, basements, decks, kitchens, and large interior remodels. All estimates are free! We use a detailed design program to design basements and decks. This program lets us show the customer exactly what their basement, deck, or other project will look like before we even start. Most customers love this because it is hard to visualize what the project will look like when it’s done.

If you know of anyone looking to do any remodel, let me know, we will take care of them!

Thanks
Ryan

Rtreads - pics and information looks great. Really nice work. I will forward your info to a Realtor friend in hopes to send some work your way.

Dan - if rtreads cannot help with the fence, let me know - I have a great fence guy.

Dan, I do have a guy for fence/deck reconditioning and staining. Is this what you need, or do you need a new fence?

Great! Realtors are always meeting with people who are saying that they dont like parts of a home. ...I can fix all of it!

I'm looking to do a bathroom remodel in the near future. Tile work, some new sheetrock, minor electrical (adding an additional box for a second light fixture and relocating the fan switch) and some minor plumbing (relocating the toilet and tub).

So, if you guys know some professional cats who can make this happen, would love to hear from them.

Colorado Springs, BTW.

Gary,
Your FIL take Bronco parts in trade? laughing2
I'd hire you guys but you never answer the phone when I call from the JY.

I'd like to set something up for a quote/estimate later this week. Any chance we could work something out for Saturday?

You know, I never saw that you called until today....my phone doesn't give any notices of missed calls unless I go searching for them.

As for Saturday, no can do bro, the next two Saturdays are shot for me, but I might be able to come up and look at it some time else. Just let me know when you are available. Give me a call & we can talk about it.

Castle. I would love to take a look at your bathroom sometime!

We dont "normally" do work that far south, but the drive time is less than some other jobs that we do. At the least we can take a look if your interested?

Hey rtreads,

Do you by any chance do any framing? My wife and I have a breezeway between the house and the garage that we would like to enclose to make a mud room. If you do framing or know of any framers we would love to get an estimate.

And I should would appreciate some referrals to help my construction business. Others in sales positions would find this helpful too... ...and help learn more about each other?

GREAT!! Thanks for the referral. I agree that being late is a deal breaker. The way I see it is there are a couple little things you do to exceed their expectations and you will their favorite; 1- on time (10 early is on time, and on time is late), 2- dress clean and presentable, 3- be super clean (a customers biggest fear is that you'll leave a mess), 4- treat them with respect. I follow that for evey bid/meeting/job.

I have not heard from her yet, but I would love to call her. Can you send me a PM with her contact info?

...and I need to use your service too.

Post Re: Know any one looking to remodel?
Thats nice work, I did custom hardwood floors for ten years. We specialized in remodel work because we had a true dust containment system with HEPA filtration. When houses stopped selling all of the new construction guys were under bidding us so low we couldn't do the work for the cost of our materials. Then it got really interesting when homeowners started calling us to come re do the floors they just paid someone else to do because they were half as much, but didnt want to pay us our full price because they just paid someone else a bunch of money. I did all of the staircases and used to have an album of some of my favorite projects. Loved the job for sure.
