Just got word from my father in law that his house sold for over his, let's be honest its way over priced, price the day it was listed by noon! Makes me want to jump on the band wagon and sell mine but i know i would have to find one first. If anyone is thinking about selling, apparently, now is the time! |

We listed our house back in March. It went on the market on a Tuesday. We had two showings in Wednesday, one on Thursday, and were under contract Friday morning. Things are definitely starting to pick up. With new home construction slowing to a crawl a few years ago, inventory is starting to dry up in parts. Although, I recently heard a report that new home construction was starting to pick back up. |

We have renters in our until August, but we're trying to decide what to do... Comps don't price it out where we'd make much money tho. |

The problem with selling over priced is then you have to buy overpriced. That's where I'm at anyways. The market is in Denver. The houses we're looking at they open for showings over the weekend and tell folks to come with their best offers on Monday. They end up with 10+ offers and let them bid it out. |
