Looks like a reverse brake bleeder. It could be used to apply a vacuum to almost any container with the soft rubber base and sealed tube. |

it uses pressure. you are quite the handy man. we have the same type of brake bleeder at work but the whole setup is about 1500 bucks with tank and adapters |
