Denver Area Auto Body Supplies
Anyone have a fav place for Auto Body Supplies in the Denver Front Range Area? I work in Lakewood and Criss-Cross the valley home to almost Brighton. I remember Billie stated he likes one on Arapahoe Road a few months ago but I hardly ever find myself that far south of Denver.

Re: Denver Area Auto Body Supplies
I use Painters supply located at Hampden and Sante Fe . When I was a bodyman I would order from Al west, Allen Paint in denver and Heckendorf but not sure if these are still in business. I have been mail ordering most of my paint if Painters supply does not have what I need...Mail order for primer , body filler etc. is alot cheaper.

Re: Denver Area Auto Body Supplies
I can second Painters Supply. I know several high end body guys who recomend them as well. High end as in Pebble Beach scores of 101 (out of 100) and .5 million dollar rides at Barret Jackson kind of high end. They recomend Painters for their typicial every day stuff, I have no idea where they get the ridiclous stuff.

Re: Denver Area Auto Body Supplies
I had no idea the Hut had supplies. We usually get our from Denver Car Color (now Metro Paint Supplies). I think it's off of 38th and I-25ish. Frank there used to supply Coddington's supplies. For the high-durability, high-gloss stuff, I recommend this place, though the Bronco Hut might cater to us just as well (I haven't been there, yet).

Re: Denver Area Auto Body Supplies
Went to Auto Paint Supply for additional Hardener. They had what I needed but not the selection as Painters Supply.
Painters also had POR15 in Gallons, Quarts, and Pints - great selection. Painters also carries RaptorLiner.

Re: Denver Area Auto Body Supplies
I have a cash account at painter supply that I haven't used in a while. You might try it...
Just say its for Kona Contractors. They will give you a little break.
But please dont change the account info or any billing info
