Electric is being installed and mains/meter switched to the garage as i post this. Electric should be done tomorrow. Gas line and heater will be installed Tuesday. Hopefully concrete next week and final. Paint at some point. Rapidly depleting bank account might put insulation and OSB walls on hold until the summer. Ordering the shop door today. A few pics from this last week. Me picking up some OSB and 2x4 to wall in the garage door opening so that my wiring doesn’t get stolen. |

Are you going to use spray foam insulation? Also -- have you already chosen your heaters? |

Going to use rolled insulation. Budget is long gone so most of what is left will be do it myself. Spray insulation is about double the cost. Heater is a Modine 60,000 BTU natural gas unit with roof exhaust. Probably will insulate later in the year, heater should work fine In The meantime and allow me to get my rig ready. |

I used to "help my buddy with his Bronco" out in his garage after work about 2 Fridays a month. His wife finally said that those 2 evenings were doubling their gas/electric bill and put the Cobosh to THAT!!!......... ...he ended up with a wood burning stove! |

Well creeping closer. I insulated the two walls that are getting drywall tomorrow then final inspection . The rest of the garage will have to wait for insulation and osb until after may. In any case I will be taking the temp wall down and working on the bronco this weekend. Hopefully garage door will be here next week. |

Looks great! Keep your eye on craigslist for insulation. I found some here and there for mine. Finding the R value you are after gets a little tricky. |

I found someone who sells brand name insulation on Craigslist in any r value you need but it will have to wait until after may. I had to buy this at Home Depot last night and install it as I didn’t have time to deal with it. |

Boom! Bet that feels better!! That looks like a massive opener too! Does it seal well all the way around? I have a roll-up on my shed and I ended up having to do some extra trim stuff for a better seal along the top. |

I am sure your door is considerably higher quality than that which is supplied with a shed kit... |
