Bronco Hut cleaning out!!

I just lined up my new door inserts thanks to Mickphatmac. They were posted on craigslist by Bronco Hut. In talking with Melissa they are cleaning out the shop right now! She says they have a ton of stuff to get rid of: " Lots of used hoods, doors, transfer cases, transmissions, exhaust systems, headers, you name it. Couldn’t walk through the shop anymore so Dana started cleaning and man did we find a ton of stuff we didn’t know we had. Got a bunch of hardtops too.". I am picking up my door inserts tomorrow or Wednesday and will be looking at everything else they have to sell. Better hit them up if you need something!

Yup, I called them about a decent used hood... she said oh yeah, we have a “TON” of hoods... only about $100 difference between use and brand new OEM steel hood :(:(:(

That’s why they have a “TON” of them. After going in there a few times and barely having the space to get to the counter, I can’t imagine how bad it got for them to finally decide to “clean up” a bit.

After literally 2 months of emails, calls, texting, and really just persistent bugging of Melissa @ Bronco Hut... I finally got a near perfect OEM hood for a decent price! This one came from their house “stash” if that’s really a thing. Dana was pissed because this one was earmarked for a customer’s build and he didn’t know I bought it out from under him.
This was the story she told me today ;)

Still have to sand it down and paint it of course but here it is sitting in its place! Maybe I’ll just keep it white?

I also broke down and bought floorpans for both sides so I guess I’m doing that now too!
