Body shop

Postby phyler » Wed Jan 16, 2019 9:30 am

Hey all, the wife ended up getting rear-ended on I-25 yesterday. The hitch took the brunt of the impact thankfully. Need to find a body shop that isn't booked out til mid-summer to look at her Toyota Sequoia. The first two shops we contacted are both really good but both are booked out to June/July. Really would rather not wait that long. Current estimate says we need to replace the bumper, sensors, hitch, and liftgate.

We're on the north end of Denver up in Erie.

Thanks!

I presume your wife is ok?? I hope so!

Mahnke Auto Body is good. I used to work with the owners wife. Stand up folks and looking at google maps, appears they have expanded so maybe they have room in one of their shops??

Yes, she's fine. Thank you for asking. Obviously was shaken when it happened but is ok now.

Appreciate the lead. I'll look at them.

We've used Fender Menders in Broomfield before. They are an old-school mom and pop shop and did some great work on Misty's Honda. We are taking her Exploder there next month to repair the hail damage.

I can't guarentee they aren't booked out, but they do nice work.

They repainted my bronco back in the late 80's or early 90's.

The hail damage is what is causing the backups. Pretty much every shop is the same way. We've called a few and all are at least 3 months out. Thankfully the car is drivable.
