1/2 ton full width WMS

I know there a few of you running these axles.

I'm curious if anyone has taken actual measurements of the WMS.

On line I have read the D44 is 65.5” and the 9" is 65". My measurements are both slightly wider with the D44 at 65-7/8" and the 9" at 65.5" (79 axles). I'm trying to match this width with my new axles.

It's not a big deal really I'm just curious why there is a discrepancy. Seems like they didn't include the rotor and drum thickness in the measurements.

For my new axles I'm going to match my actual measurements.

I have a 76 f150 44/9 on my bronco and the front 44 is 65-7/8 also.
