Twin Stick Shifting

Postby SevenT » Wed May 11, 2011 4:20 am

Twin Stick Gurus,

I just completed my twin stick install on my Dana 20 that was originally a T-shift. Everything looks good and it does shift easier with the twin stick. I adjusted the shifters to match position when in 4 LO, the only problem I am having is engagement of the left rail (front driveshaft) in 4 HI. Any insight from those out there with a twin stick Dana 20?

TIA,

If you left the pills inside the tcase you need to put the rear side in range first and take it out of range last.

Ditto.....

on my D20 twin stick (not sure what pills are in it) when shifting into either LO or HI, the front axle must follow the rear. And, shifting back to neutral, the front axle leads.

ViperWolf1 and jbickhart,

Thanks for the inputs. I will more than likely have to rebuild the D20.
