I agree, the pic really doesn't show much. Rust, general condition, running & driving defines the value of most Broncos. V8, power brakes, power steering will add some value. Only Stroppes will pull significantly more money. Even 66's aren't as valuable as others, because of how odd they are, and most are I6s.
If you want to be able to figure more about the truck you can print out the different pages from

You can use this page as a reference to id if the the truck came with a Sport, Explorer, or Ranger package. They don't add tons of value, but they are nice upgrades from a stock model.
