I need to do something about mine! I am tired of it rattling around behind the hole that was intended to be a glove box. Would LOVE to see what you guys have done and glean some ideas!

Also, I'm not sure how well an early EEC-IV PCM will fit in an EEC-V enclosure. They are similar in size but not exact. I would look for something from a PRE-96 ford car that was designed to mount it in the cab.
The Escape box in the diagram is a later PPC type (note the 3 connectors instead of 1) , those boxes are not a close match to the EEC computers at all. The Escape box to use with an Explorer swap will be PRE-2004 ish.
