So pull the radius arm that is currently installed out and pull the axle fwd so both radius arms are free to move in relationship to a level'ish surface. Next loosen all the radius arm cap bolts and retighten slowly watching that both arms stay at the same plane, i.e. stay in contact with the floor or at least stay parallel with each other. Hope all that makes sense, I think there is a tech article on WH website.

Should the radius arm and the end cap actually be flush against each other once it's all tightened up, or is it normal for there to be a small gap with these big bushings? I wasn't sure, but I do know the wrenching was getting tough!
