One bolt away from test drive...

After tackling and (hopefully) successfully replacing my clutch, I have one stupid bolt that I either never had or lost. Does anyone know what goes here (the clutch equalizer piece).

Should be a 1/2-13 bolt 1 1/2 long with lock washer. I am guessing on the length
