No Passenger brake light?

I installed a '79 tilt column in my '68 and all of my lights work as they are intended except for the Passenger rear tail light?

It works when you turn the lights ON for night driving,
Doesn't work when you brake
Doesn't work when you put the Right Turn Signal on?
It has a new New Brake switch above the brake pedal as well.

Any suggestions?
cut wire? ground issue?

The 2 little brothers got to drive it from Eaton to Loveland and they were in Heaven!!!

Bad ground.

ThankYou Phil, when I opened it up the rear passenger tail light, the wires were garbage and all cut up so I took an extra tail light bucket I had sitting around, replaced it with that, it had the factory plug-ins on the back and I’m proud to say all of my lights work on the ‘68!!!
... Even my dome light!!! (Fancy!)
