Are any of these still available?
Or if another run of them is in the works could they have the groove for the hold-down?

Thanks

I’d be interested in one with the groove in it for the hold down clip.

I've got a few left, but none with the hold down grooves. No decent source for new ones yet. Thinking out loud here...I've been thinking of buying a 3d printer to make some other parts...I wonder if I could make them with one of those? I'd probably leave the o ring groove out for strength, but they don't have to be all that strong, just resistant to underhood heat. I wonder if any of the composite plastics they use would be up to the task.?.?

We could have Eck do the testing...If it's going to fail on anyone it would probably be him.

I appreciate the offer but I believe Rob has taken on that role.

If you want to bring one of them to the breakfast, I’ll take it to a shop I have some connections with and see if they’d be able to do a run of some.

I know of a local machinist who I was going to have make mine. He turned the flanges down on a set of 9" axles for me a few weeks ago. While I was there I discussed the possibility of him making a collar. I was going to go off of measurements on the 3.8L cam sync and a 351W distributor.

If you have one to use as a prototype, I'm positive I could have more made.

Don't you jinx me with that crap anymore. Hopefully someone else has taken on that role and I'm now reliable. That being said I didn't have access to a lathe to cut the hold down groove so I did it in a mill. It worked for me. Just have to align it just right.
