'71, 35's, strong 302, 4.11 gears, street driven.

I like it. Synchros are a good thing after years with non-synchro transmissions. First is 'moderately' low. I use 1st or 2nd for dead-starts on the street..... 2nd with a little more clutch slip if I'm in a hurry. Stock shifter is acceptable, but I'll be looking for something more precise with shorter throws. I havent' bent the stick yet, but the stock shifter rod is welded to the base and should allow for a simple grind-off, bend, re-weld to get 5th gear a little closer. Stock shifter knob is not much to look at.

2000rpm at 65mph.
