Any tricks on getting side 2 into the hole? 4 hours of Messing around and I'm stumped.

What is this, track bar?

Unfortunately you need to readjust the whole setup, if not you're going to have the dreaded front end lean. So pull the radius arm that is currently installed out and pull the axle fwd so both radius arms are free to move in relationship to a level'ish surface. Next loosen all the radius arm cap bolts and retighten slowly watching that both arms stay at the same plane, i.e. stay in contact with the floor or at least stay parallel with each other. Hope all that makes sense, I think there is a tech article on WH website.

Well I did that and they were parallel. But the problem comes when it's time to put them back in. One at a time.seems the only possible way, which I'm sure ruins the work I did to get them level. Any tips on how to put them back in properly?

You should be able to disconnect the front axle from the frame by disconnecting the drag link. Then you can move the entire axle as one piece to slide both radius arms in together. Then reconnect the drag link.

One more question... the four bolts at the C Bushings. Should the radius arm and the end cap actually be flush against each other once it's all tightened up, or is it normal for there to be a small gap with these big bushings? I wasn't sure, but I do know the wrenching was getting tough!

There shouldn't be a gap.

Another question, and thanks for being patient. I'm not the seasoned vets like so many here. Learning. maybe Someday...

Anyway, would it make sense to put the wheels on the axle after its free and wheeling it into place?

the wheels would make it easier. If you pull the trac-bar you'll be able to pull the axle forward enough to slide that in. I've also used a come along off the axle to the front bumper to pull it forward with out pulling the trac-bar.

Make sure you are using crazy amounts of lube on the C bushings. We used Go-Jo on ours and it worked great to close the gap.

Dish soap works well too. Allot of it.

Turned out I had a C-Bushing upside down! I think that was the main culprit! Also greased it up heavily and it slid right in, no fight at all. Thanks for your help, everyone!
