Rear main help

I am dying here guys my 75 with a 302 has a rope seal in the rear main. I have tried everything I can I cannot get this thing out of here. I need some help. I am down in Elizabeth. Is there anyone who knows how to get these things out or can help me please. Thank you.

I had to drop the rotating assembly a little to fully get mine out. It was a P I T A but a great learning experience. Just take your time and it won’t be so bad.
