Searching for cam sensors I found this:

It's expensive. that's why no one goes that route. You can buy a spacer and a new sensor for less than $50. I came across another site that had them also but they were over $200. just not worth the cost when you can get the spacer and 4.2l sensor.

Ford 3.8l synchro with a collar and longer oil pump shaft. I’m not sure who is making the collars though anymore. I know that EFI Guy is messing around with his 3D printer and trying to come with a simple and inexpensive solution.

I’ve found the easiest ones to get to in the JY are on a Windstar with the 3.8L.

On CB hankjr was selling them a few years ago, $125 shipped.
(One hundred twenty five dollars)

Standard hold down, standard oil pump drive shaft.
Plug and play.

D&D72 on here had run off a bunch of collars at one point. They were 10bucks. I copied Viperwolf1 and milled a hold down groove for the stock clamp. then drilled a few holes for set screws to hold the sensor. Works great. Since I had my engine out doing the oil pump Drive shaft was simple. Just order one for a 351c. It's 1/4" longer just to make sure it is fully seated into the cam sensor.

The newest design will use the factory hold down. They will be cheap, just not $10 cheap. I need to slowly recoup 3d printer investment funds.
