Rebuild transmission and transfer case

Postby cravenbronco » Wed Apr 04, 2018 11:27 am

I'm looking for any help possible to give me a hand rebuilding my D20 T shift transfer case and a Np435 transmission. I do have the rebuild kits for both.

Last place wanted close to 800 to rebuild both of them.
I would prefer to do it myself then I can learn in the process.
Will be more than happy to supply beer food or something for spending time to give me a hand.

Never been in a 435 but the d20 is pretty easy.

Don't know if you've seen it on YouTube but Matt's Garage just did a tear down of his D20. He's a novice but tears into everything on his bronco. Might give you the confidence to stay yours. Wish I was further along as we could have done a tech day. I need to get mine resealed as it looked to leak.
