Bummer, would have been fun to have you along! Good luck with the restaurant.

Mike, I don't remember if you made the last one (I didn't) or the year before, but this year seemed a little weak on the Ford stuff. There were a few of the usual Ford specific guys and they had fairly reasonable prices, I suppose. But not much out of the ordinary or that you couldn't just pick up at any salvage yard. Although the $1200 stock 351W roller short block did make me laugh something awful.

Regardless of the inventory, still would have been great to have you along. And x2 on the good luck with the restaurant! Seems like a good time to start investing in small businesses again!

Yeah I made the one last year, eye'd a few items and came home with 2150 carb. It's sitting on my bronco's current engine. I have an ultra- low mileage 5.0 L Explorer engine I bought from Holley Performance in Bowling Green, KY waiting to be installed.

Thanks for the good luck wishes! Everything is going great except finding a location. Dealing with a major corporation is a bit of a challenge too, it's your investment but its all about them. :bull:

Frau Castle is always talking about opening a Blimpie sandwich shop here. I think that's a self serving idea though as she loves their sandwiches.

Another EFI install on the way? Dang. I need to get hip to the times and get some fuel injection going!

I question my wife's choice of Subway because they're so prolific but brand name goes a long way in sales. Blimpie would be a good choice too.

When I have gathered my parts I'll post up an EFI install party. I'll need all the help I can get. poke

I'm an idiot. It's actually Mr Goodcents my wife loves. Don't tell her I forgot the name. I'll never hear the end of it.
