A few pics. I didn't get a picture of the cool clamshell puller they used to take bearings off of the carrier. I thought Dan was going to drool all over it.

Measuring the preload. The seal added allot of friction.

It took 4 guys to torque the bolt

you said you didt go with an ARB, so what locker went in?
Did it come with a new heavy duty cover and yellow letters on it?
