COS meet and greet - MOVED LOCATION

Postby Jesus_man » Tue Jun 19, 2012 7:11 am

EDIT:
Wednesday June 27th at Sonic on Woodmen near Powers, 6pm to...
(This is the new location as of Wednesday morning)

Come one come all!

Looking to throw together a Meet and Greet. Anyone is welcome, but will be located in the COS area. We're thinking a Cruise-in type place like Sonic or something.

Let's look at next week (June 25th thru the 28th).

It'll be an informal evening event. Bring your bronco (if you can), your family if they want etc. and we'll have dinner.

Ideas for places to meet? There are two Sonic's on the North end of town.

What night. I don't think I have any concrete plans at the moment.

I couldn't do a weekend as we're booked spending time with family, but that Monday (25th) looks ok for me.

Maybe I'll put the 75DBE on the trailer and make it a tow in! I can do the 26th or the 28th.

COS meet and greet

I'm game for any week night besides Wednesdays. And Sonic sounds like the perfect location.

JD, we talking the Sonic over by Powers and Woodmen? Or maybe the one next to the mall on north Academy?

Either or Zack! The sonic at Chapel Hills would have extra parking for those who may want to kick the tires after dinner...

Looks like 25th & 26th seem to work for most folks so far.

I am currently in the "Land of the good beer", most notably Boblingen, Germany, on the outskirts of Stuttgart. And certainly enjoying the beer, although the local Getrankland keeps running out of my favorite for some reason.... (Konig Ludwig Dunkel for those who care).

I get back late on the 24th, but will be around next week and could make it pretty much any evening. I do have to make a parts run to Albuquerque one day, but can plan around it.

Luckily the Bronco is pretty much done, so nothing needs work there.
