Body on frame day - Need some help - November 3

Postby landshark » Tue Oct 16, 2018 8:18 am

I now have a schedule for the Bronco Racer for the remainder of the build. It goes off to get the cage built on the 4th of November and I will need to have the body mounted on the frame by the 3rd. If anyone is able to help me get the body back on the frame that day (Saturday, November 3) I would appreciate a hand in doing so. Should be straight forward and not take too long, ie. less than an hour.

Please let me know if you can lend a hand and if you need an address. Ideally 4 or more people would make this a breeze.

Thanks!

I am flexible on time. Just depends on when everyone could meet. I prefer morning. But late afternoon works too

I can play.

I prefer mornings too.

Is there other stuff you want to accomplish that day as well ?

Seems like a shame to drive that far for 30 minutes of work.

I might, Jason has one as well if its empty - had a jeep on it last week. I will touch base with him toward the end of the week as he is at SEMA

Yeah, the jeep is stuck on it. Didn't receive the parts I needed to make it mobile yet.

Unfortunately I am not going to make it due to work. Our 24/7 schedule just got altered due to a co-worker getting in a motorcycle wreck. He will recover in time, but for the short term it means my schedule changes to 12's Friday - Sunday. Hoping this doesn't leave you short on bodies. On another note everyone I had parts for or was getting stuff from I will have to work a different time out.

Thanks. I might have four but one more wouldn’t hurt if you have the time as we might have to tweak a few to drop it on the frame with the drive train installed

If anyone has a brake pedal to master cylinder rod that they care to part with please bring. Iam talking about the piece that goes from the master cylinder and attaches to the brake pedal. Apparently the master cylinder I bought does not have one.

I believe I have one, but I’m not sure if it came out of a bronco, I’ll try to confirm and bring it.
