74 sport SOLD

Postby condor » Sun Oct 11, 2015 1:08 pm

I have a 74 sport and I don't know if I should try and sale it or part it out. I have a 302 EFI motor (runs good and no smoke) I took it out of my 68 to up grade it. I have a NP435 with WH shifter and a lot of other parts. Once I figure out how to post pictures I will post them. Just asking for opinions

Depending on body condition (like it's not melting in the rain) - it sounds like you should sell it and not part it out. Pictures will definitely help though.

The outside is good, the drivers door front post needs replaced, needs a new trail gate. If there is a post on adding pictures?

The easiest way to upload from a smartphone is through the Tapatalk app. It is a pay for use app though.

I'm not sure you can upload to the site directly from your phone.

Tapatalk is now free. It's easy to upload photos with. Granted, you have to put up with issues with the app every few versions of you are like me and upgrade right away. :-)

I wouldn't part that. Besides being a PITA, Broncos are going to continue to get rarer. While I'd like the value of mine to continue to climb, I'd hate to see one disappear.

I just spent the last month or so watching the Bronco market. Sell it, don't part it out. Rust buckets are selling for 5k. Yours looks better than those.

Look at Ebay (I scoured the "Sold" items), Craigslist, Classicbroncos.com, and there is a Facebook page "Early Bronco Drivers" that gets lots of "For Sale" ads. You'll be surprised.

How about some more details? Does it run and drive? Looks like it currently has an auto. Some pics of the rust spots and interior help as well.

Seems like there may be an issue or two.

Looks like an auto shifter - but could be 3 on the tree standard too - you state NP435 with WH shifter.

Regardless, it looks like a 5-7K rig sold outright if it runs and drives with a good title.

As long as you have that title, I would not part it out.
