I have a stock 76 box that I took off when I did my 4x4x2. Still worked but leaked. No idea what it's worth

Iam looking to put power steering on the 72 and I have was thinking 4x4x2 box as it might be easier down the road for hydroboost. Any reason not to go with a 73-75 or 76/77?

If you can't find an F150 box to build a 4x4x2 locally you might check with scrapman1971 on CB.

The prices on those F150 boxes have gone ridiculous in the last year.

I am going to buy the 76 box from BroncoCrawler and have it rebuilt - i have most of my stock power steering parts from my 76 when i went EFI.. so it should make it that much easier :)

Now to fab up a lower steering shaft and the other stuff i forgot about!
