The little chrome piece at the windshield wiper hub.

 The little chrome piece at the windshield wiper hub. I am missing the little chrome bezel or whatever it's called on the passenger side wiper hub. I'm not even sure how it goes on, but now it is just a gap around the little hub. Does this make sense? Peter
