Transfer Case

Suspect I need to rebuild my T-case. Anyone have a spare they want to part with so I can keep my truck mobile till I can get it done?

Bump. My Dana 20 is now confirmed to be dead and I'd like to do a straight swap since I've got a baby coming on Wednesday. Not going to see much garage time in the near future. Anyone have a spare in runnable shape?

What's wrong with it? Could be an easy fix.

Both output shafts have significant play. I know they can be shimmed, but I'm guessing the internals aren't in any better shape.

I remember now. I've got to run up to Greeley tomorrow morning to finish Jeremy's C4 and I'll have my tcase tools with me. If you want I can stop by on my way home and we can fix it. I've got shims but don't have a new seal for the rear output. Give me a ring tomorrow.

You have no idea how much I'd appreciate that. I've got the seal for the rear output. I'm meeting up with some of the other club members for a few minutes down south to pick up some parts at 1:00, but should be home by 2 no problem. I'll give you a buzz tomorrow.

Have the rear output fixed (thanks again, Viper!), but case still needs replacing. Trade cash for T-handle T-case anyone?

I have a rebuilt T-shift Dana 20 I was going to use but am opting for an Atlas. I also have a new twin stick and boot for the case I don't need. Don't know what kind of price to ask.
