Good riddance!!! I just with the news would get their facts straight before posting an article. Fox reported he died from a lung issue on the web then on TV said a bomb got him, then another said a shot to the head.

President Obama's address was amazing. What a historic day. Thank God for the US Military.

Well if someone dis-obeyed a direct order there will be repercussions. I have mixed feelings on that because killing that bass terd is a good thing. And not following orders can be the right decision as well. I wonder what the outcome will end up as if it is true.

Personally - I have no issue with going anywhere to kill that son of a bitch! I think that if Pakistan wants to hide him, or any other enemy of our state, by all means use what ever means nessasry to get him. The same rules for any other nation hiding terrorists.

Will this solve the problem, end terroism agianst america and its people? Nope. But that is not what this is about for me. Is it revenge? maybe a little but more it is that I feel he does not deserve to live. That simple. And whats more, I feel he died to easily. He should have been tried and hung.

As far as the story about senoir military advisors going against the president - if they did, good for them. If they did not, and this is what Obama actually ordered - then I finally have something about our sitting president I like. And I do not give one single rats ass about how well he speaks in front of a camera. I care about how he goes about doing his job, who is pulling his strings and how all that effects our country, its economy and ultimatly my family.

Greg, I'm with you. I don't see Bin Laden's death making a meaningful difference in the overall terrorism threat, but I think its an important step anyway. The guy was evil on the level of Stalin, Mussolini and Hitler. I might be the tiniest bit more liberal than the average CCB member, but am completely OK with his being killed. I strongly suspect that there was no way he was coming out of that engagement alive, whatever Obama says. I'm really curious to see how this changes our relationship with Pakistan and what the fallout there is.

This would have never happened if the Pakistani's knew we found him. They were more than 75% of the problem which has gone on for over ten years. I am certain many of the Pakistani leaders knew his whereabouts but were either afraid to tell because of the wrath they would deal with from Al Queida, or they were supporters of that same regime. This was the best route to take, keep it as secret as possible and let god sort it all out later.
