That harness is awesome. I got the basic harness that is not specifically designed for the bronco from rjm and could not be happier. It took a little more work than the harness you are looking at but was a piece of cake overall!

I bought my metal fuel line at ace hardware. Got a 20 foot roll for around 20 bucks. Works perfectly.

Maf needs to be from a 89 to 93 mustang. It also depends on your injector color. Chances are you are just running the 19lb injectors so most mafs from those mustangs should work fine. I may have an extra one laying around. I will look when I get home and let you know.

I took an original bronco hose and an explorer hose to an AC shop that had equipment to make hoses. They used one of the metal ends off each and put new rubber in between.

For the hose, look up Parker Stores. They are on Santa Fe and Oxford, I think. By Red and Jerry's. They can make up what ever hose you need!

I second the BC tank. I think it works well. Though with the design they have for mounting the pump in the tank (the only way to go) the tank ressonates (sp) from the pump and makes a little noise.

For the fuel lines, you can use brake lines in long legnths and connect if needed. I'm not sure if you have ever tried to do a double flare... but they SUCK! We used to screw up a flaring tool about every car when we were building Cobras. Though we were doing a lot of flares. Even the snap on one couldn't hold up. Oh, and the flare end is nice for pushing the rubber hose over then using a hose clamp. If done this way you will never cut a hose and it will never come off.

The harness is sweet. But I bet you are more than capable of using a mustang one for cheaper... and you will get tons of help from all of the great members out there!

No worries about ordering from BC. I have a couple times and they have done all that I have asked of them.

Oddly, I have only ordered stuff from BC's until just a month ago when I ordered springs from Tom's. Anyway, I know the folks at BC's personally and they are good people. Will do what they can to help. Even the girls, Roxanne and Debbie, know their stuff!

Yup, BCs is great. Ordered a few things from them and will order my gas tank from them after I inherit a small fortune.

I also used BCs pre-bent steel fuel lines for EFI. For $159, they come pre-bent and include a fuel filter and all the hardware. The mounting brackets even incorporate the brake line for a clean install. Install was a breeze.

I'm using a mustang harness but the RJM harness is all the rage over on CB. Personally I've has terrible luck with Ryan's service though. Ordered a EGR elimitator plug and harness wrap but the package was stolen off my doorstep. Emailed Ryan to see what needed to be done as far as insurance and never got a response. And forget calling. Anyway, RANT off.
