Post Proportioning Valve Setup
I have 4 wheel disc brakes. I removed the old manual brake master cylinder that was very dangerous and was not the correct bore. I also removed the H-block to clean up the install for the new brake system.

The brakes are ran as a front and a rear hard line for a total (2 lines) that run to a block on the front and rear differentials, then split to flexible lines to each caliper. The new proportioning valve for 4 wheel disc brakes has output for front left, front right, and rear (3 lines). Can I cap off one of the front lines in the proportioning valve to accomodate the 2 lines or do I need to run separate brake lines to each front caliper for 3 lines?

Hopefully I have explained this correctly. TIA

Not a brake guru here, but with my understanding of proportioning valves you should be able to. It will still give a percentage of power to front and rear. It shouldn't matter if the fronts percentage goes out one line or is split between two lines because the same amount will go to the front either way.

One front one rear is sufficient.

ZOSO helped me get my Power Brakes setup. We went strait from the Master Cylinder to the H-Block and seems to be working great.
