Help me follow along.........the pump might be cavitating due to pick up issues.............and this is overheating the fuel causing the tank and lines to be hot to the touch ?

I drove by your work today and saw why you are selling your Bronco stuff. Hint - its a marroon Dodge with 12" of lift, custom paint, Roll Bars, and rediculously wide Wheels and Tires
