I have had a terrible experience with A Affordable Transmission shops. I took the bronco in there last year for a full rebuild and have had nothing but issues with it since. I don't think I have 300 miles on it since the rebuild and I have had it in their shop at least eight times over the last year. I don't think a C4 transmission is a very difficult job to take on for a shop. In my interactions with this company, there has been multiple manager changes and closing of stores. I am very disappointed in their quality of work. This shop was highly recommended to me and is well known on the Tom Martino show for being a top notch shop. I will admit that they do have good customer service however I am not paying for someone to be nice to me. I also had my chevy truck rebuilt by them around the same time and when I got my truck back there were a lot of missing bolts over the transfer case bracket. DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE. The bronco still leaks and does not want to shift right.

Sorry to hear that your having troubles, just so you know Tom Martino puts any business on his list that gives him his fee, if he receives enough complaints it is then removed. I find that voicing your opinions to the manager may help you get somewhere if they are a good company that really wants to do some good for the customers. The rest are shotty.

I'm in the process of writing a letter to the owner. I have viper coming over to give it a once over. I refuse to take it in there anymore. The funny thing is that I know they didn't drop the tranny of transfer case last time because they would have had to peel the tunnel back to make room for my twin sticks. I understand Tom Martino has a pill problem and needs money from companies to support his habit

Agreed. Phil is very good at what he does. He adjusted my shift linkage and kick down. Sounds like Phil should start getting frequent driver miles. He should have enough for an all expenses paid vacation soon. Thank you Phil for everything.
