Post C bushings
It just occurred to me when I was going through my garage for the swap meet that I never installed my new C bushings with my lift kit. just starting them tonight and the bolts won't brake loose. Any helpful hints on this. Is this something that should have been done first with the lift? Now I have settled for beer and lots of it. If anyone wants to come over I have more beer.

Impact tools. Or a big ratchet and a BFH. You will need to drop the axle, remove both shocks, coil springs, and cups.

FYI.....you need to be very precise when you install the bushings and bolt everything back up....if the arms aren't dead even, you WILL have Bronco lean to one side.

There is a tech article on the WH web site that describes the process in detail. I'll go find it....

soak all the ends of the bolts with a good penetrating oil. PB blaster works pretty good if you can stand the smell. Soak them 2-3 times a day, then impact or big breaker bar. Make sure you watch your knuckles and that the tool is under warranty.

If you drop the axle much, you'll want to disconnect the breather line as well as the brake lines.

Lila, I'm back in town and not too far down the road from you, plus I have a few days off for post deployment R&R, so let me know if you'd like some help or need tools.
