Post Radiator repair
While swaping in an Explorer transmission cooler for my "about to bust or hit a rock from a low placement cooler..." I bent the tube coming off the radiator (just below the cap) that goes to the coolant reservior. It started to leak and upon further bending, it broke off completely banghead . Should I just solder it back on as I would any other copper fitting?

Guess what I'm doing tomorrow.

Thanks guys.

They are easy to solder. Just get flux and solder from Home Depot for soldering copper tubing. It works great!

One of the newer style torches build heat really fast making it easier... not enough heat will make it really hard to solder well.

Thanks guys. Its soldered up and seems to be doing well. No real pressure test yet. The process went pretty quick and yeah we used a good torch..
